Ma'a Tahiti - Marquesan Style

Every Island has its traditional dishes and Tahiti is no exception with the MA’A TAHITI.  

We join the wonderful Mado from Pape’ete, as she takes us through some of the history and yummy food of her ancestors! Made Marquesean Style, she shares the experience of making & sharing traditional dishes taught to her by her grandmother.
