Making Kamokamo Fritters

Kamokamo (Squash) Fritters
Ingredients
1-2 cups grated squash
1 egg beaten
2 tablespoon flour
salt
pepper
spring onions
chilli flakes
oil
Steps
In a bowl, add grated squash and egg and mix it.
Add salt, pepper, flour, spring onions and chilli flakes.
Mix.
Heat pan on a medium heat and add oil.
Put a pancake sized mixture on the pan.
Cook each side until golden brown.
Add your favourite sauce, serve and enjoy!
