Water
Coconut flesh
Pia powder (starch)
Steps
-In a pot of water, add coconut flesh and let it boil.
-Measure one cup of Pia powder in one coconut, mix Pia powder in coconut that’s been scraped until the texture of the powder is solid enough to make dumplings.
-Once coconut flesh is boiled, add dumplings to make it thick and wait for it to cook.
(Tip: You know its cooked when dumplings starts to rise up).
