UM-HANG (Umu & Hangi fusion)

Thaddeus Kaiou originally from the Hokianga  is half Mangaian & now living in Rarotonga.

He shows us how he fuses the maori hangi with the island umu to create what he calls an 'um-hang' with delicious results!
