I was born in Wellington and moved up to Auckland when I was three. I lived in G.I (Glen Innes) before moving to West Auckland at the age of ten and attended Kelston Intermediate and Kelston High Boys School. After High School I went to Sydney and learnt a new Dance style called Krump. Krump gave me the confidence that I never had before and pushed me to new boundaries. I hosted the first ever Krump competition in New Zealand and was featured in Commercials and won a lot of Krump competitions with my crew. I then wanted a new challenge, so I successfully enrolled to study at P.I.P.A (Pacific Institute of Performing Arts).
In 2010 I was given an opportunity to dance for one of New Zealand's leading Contemporary Dance companies called Black Grace. I got to travel to America, Korea and Europe and perform on some of the most well known stages in theatre and dance. After 5 years with the company I decided to freelance and start making work of my own. So in 2016 I debuted my first work as an aspiring choreographer called 'Muamua' which was performed at the Tempo festival and Pacific Choreolab at the same time I also discovered a new passion for Fitness so I enrolled to study at NZIHF (New Zealand Institute of Health and Fitness) and shortly after graduating I started my own business in November. I have just recently returned from Las Vegas from receiving one on one dance training with the creator of Krump himself Ceasare 'Tight Eyez' Willis for a solid eight days straight.
Now I want to fuse Krump and Contemp to create a unique style and tell stories of my culture, experience, family and political views of certain topics and situations. I will be collaborating with my partner Perri Exeter and presenting our own show in April 2017.
What are you currently doing?
I am a qualified Personal trainer and I run my own Boot Camp Business in West Auckland called Alpha Omega Fitness. At the same time I am a freelance Dancer and Choreographer making my own work and unique style of dance - fusing Krump and contemporary movement.
What do you love most about your culture?
I love my culture because it's very family orientated. My heart is with my family and they have always supported me and made me who I am today. We always give and don't expect to receive.
Does your culture influence your dancing? If so, how?
Yes of course, not so much in the movement but with the narrative of my work and metaphors and even if I tried not to it will always be there, it's just who I am.

Without giving anything away, what was your experience like on Game Of Bro’s?
I had a great time, met new people and had fun with most of the challenges. I'm pretty sure in one of them I thought I was going to die (lol) but I'm here so it's all good it will defiantly be a good watch.
What do you consider your greatest achievement?
To be able to do what I love everyday and to be very grateful with what I have and where I am at this moment of my life.
What do you value most in your life?
Happiness. Appreciating what you have and the people that you love, while still working towards your goals. I believe if you keep that balance everything else will come as a by-product of good balance.
