As the podcast world continues to bomb your feed by the day, we’ve sifted through Pasifika content to point to some that are worth stopping the scroll for. Among the millions of podcast shows that exist in the ether, these are a few shows led by Pasifika creatives that might just be your new faves!

Two Brownish Girls
Cribbs and Talica deliver 5 full seasons of all things ‘Brown Girls’ from culture, identity, family and queerness, to Pasifika creatives, domestic violence issues, climate change in the Pacific and so many more.
The range throughout this series is vast reaching and topics are discussed unapologetically. What’s refreshing about this channel is the nature of the conversations led by Cribbs and Talica (hailing from Samoa + Fiji).
Their discussions are offered from their own perspectives and experiences, but remain open-minded and unfiltered as they weave through and explore all the happenings both out there in the world and within ourselves too.

For the screen lovers, this podcast show is a Film + TV review and interview show hosted by KT and Oti. The pair, who have awesome chemistry and listenability, deep dive into movies and shows, reviewing projects from the inside out.

For the sports heads, this radio show brings you stories of Pasifika legends on and off the Rugby League and Rugby Union field.
The show is hosted by Sam Wykes, former Rugby Union player from Tonga, and Tinirau Arona, former Rugby League player who represented the Cook Islands as well as playing in the NRL with the Roosters and Sharks.
This show gets you up close and personal with your favorite island sports stars, who share their journeys, struggles and triumphs on and off the field. With nearly 50 episodes and each episode just under an hour, Sam, Tinirau and their range of guests will keep you entertained and caught up.
