Talented young chef Uelese (Wallace) Mua takes us in to his world of culinary arts.

When Wallace was in cooking school, his instructors asked him to write down the names of three restaurants he wanted to work at. He wrote down Soul, White, and Euro. Today Mua has cheffed at all three. We get to know the amazing chef and the journey that led to his dreams coming in to fruition.
