Shadon Meredith | Young, Gifted & Brown

Actor, writer and creative Shadon Meredith takes us behind the scenes of his theatre show as he shows us how he embodies the phrase "Young, Gifted, and Brown".

This is Shadon’s first Court Theatre appearance. His other theatre credits include The Seagull: The New Online Version (Auckland Theatre Company); Upu (Silo Theatre/Auckland Arts Festival 2020); The Arrival (Red Leap Theatre); Paper Sky (Red Leap Theatre) and most recently performing his award-winning solo Waiting (Sos & Sha Creative) at the Auckland Fringe. Shadon’s television credits include Find Me A Maori Bride, Spartacus and playing Matiu Thompson on Shortland Street.

"Young, Gifted & Brown" follows talented and passionate Nesians from different walks of life on a mission to leave their mark on the world. The series will profile different gifted young brown people from Directors to family lifeguards.
