Tongan Olympian David Liti | Young, Gifted & Brown

We spend the day in the life of Olympian and world-class Weightlifter David Liti!

Liti also just returned from the Tokyo Olympics. The South Aucklander went into the Games having won gold at the Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games. At just 21 years old, Gold Coast 2018 was Liti's first Commonwealth Games. He competed in the 105kg+ division, establishing a new Commonwealth Games record (403kg combined total).
