Love note to an island

Young Kiribati American film maker Lulu DeBoer returns to her home island of Kiribati for the first time in over 20 years, only to find that climate change will soon wash it away.

But instead of despair, the love and hope of the country spurs her on to find solutions to adapt. A solar powered future awaits, but first she must find her way through bureaucracy and heartbreak.
