Siva Afi Festival 2023

Now in its fourth year, this pioneering event brings the talents and skills of young men & women to the fore, through a centuries-old traditional art form from Samoa: siva afi/fire knife dancing.

Held at the Mangere Arts Centre, the event featured local and international competitors alongside special guest performers and internationally renowned siva afi experts plus the NZ Schools siva afi festival competition.
