HP Boyz are a group of young Samoan cousins from the suburb of Hampton Park in Melbourne, Australia and they've been taking the local rap music scene by storm.

Their first single 'BluePrint' racked up over 200,000 views within a fortnight and both their single 'Engineer' (video above) & 'Bad & Bouj' now have over 3 million views.

In an interview with Pacific Mornings on ABC.net.au rapper hp_onit talked about his musical inspiration coming from Aussie hip hop artists Alex Jones & Son of Stan as well as artists in the UK.

He also spoke about his music and lyrics being inspired by what they'd seen growing up & the talent that he sees in Pacific Island kids coming up in the Australian hip hop scene.
