Don't Dream it's Over - Nyssa Collins ft. Tenelle, The Western Guide & SamV

Nyssa Collins takes us back in time performing an NZ classic 'Don't Dream it's over' by Crowded House with a splash of Samoan flavour featuring Tenelle, The Western Guide & SamV.

Nyssa originally performed the song 7 years ago when she made the X Factor NZ Grand Final & said that one of the tinā in her church wrote the Samoan translation for her.

"The song itself speaks volumes , even listening to the original, it gave me inspiration, it was a song that felt it was for that moment - there was pressure of finals and I was scared of what was to come but it was a song that reminded me of home.

This time round she's joined by US based singer Tenelle with The Western Guide and SamV, accompanied by Sefa Taouma and Pos Mavaega.
