Loimata e Maligi - Te Vaka

Opetaia Foa'i wrote this song in memory of the 19 young girls who lost their lives when a fire broke out in the Motufoua boarding school on the island of Vaitupu, Tuvalu in 2000.

Vai Mahina performs both the original song and the MOANA version with Sulata Foai-Amiatu & Matthew Ineleo.  Disney's MOANA version is under the name 'An Innocent Warrior' and the lyrics are different
